Notes: The following treaty is based on the premise that "All Wars are Caused Over Land". The following treaty would allow all parties to live in peaceful coexistence. The following peace treaty is worded so that all parties could eventually sign on to it.

1.  The Borders of Israel shall be Israel and the West Bank. Palestinian People living within Israel shall be Palestinian-Israeli Citizens.

Israel is not going to give up the West Bank for religious reasons. The Land of the West Bank "Judea and Samaria" was a Biblical Promise to the Jewish People. Israel would accept this Peace Treaty because it is given Sovereignty over the Biblical Homeland - and Israel would still maintain their Jewish Vote Majority. The Palestinian's today within Israel (not the occupied territories) are mainly living in peaceful co-existence. Offering basically the same rights of Citizenship to the Palestinian's in the West Bank should mean the same peaceful co-existence for the same reasons.  Jewish People would still maintain the majority.

2.  Palestinians living within Gaza shall be Citizens of the Sovereign State of Gaza.

Gaza shall become the new Palestinian State. Israel will not accept the incorporation of the Gaza Strip into Israel's territory as a One-State Solution because Israel is not going to accept the demographics - Non-Jewish Majority. Although Palestinians would be a minority, like the Kurds, in many different countries - there could still be a state of peaceful co-existence between the Palestinian's and Israel.

3.  Syria shall regain the Golan Heights.

4.  Lebanon shall regain the Taba Farms.

Israel must give up these pieces of Land for a chance of peaceful co-existence.

5.  Palestinians living within Lebanon shall be Palestinian-Lebanese Citizens.

6.  Palestinians living within Syria shall be Palestinian-Syrian Citizens.

7.  Palestinians living within Jordan shall be Palestinian-Jordanian Citizens.

Palestinian's should be given the opportunity to be Citizens of a Land, instead of Refugee's within a Land.

8.  The Rights for future Palestinian's to Immigrate into Israel and the Rights of future Jewish People to Immigrate into Israel shall be Equal: On a One for One Basis.

This Right of Return allows for a formal recognition of the Right of the Palestinian's to return to the Land of their Fathers. In reality, it allows for some Palestinian's to return.

9.  There shall be an Unconditional Amnesty and Release of All Palestinian and Israeli Prisoners.

This Unconditional Amnesty recognizes that all People have been fighting over Land.

The Walled City of Jerusalem shall remain Sovereign to all People who believe in the same Creator as revealed by Abraham.

Christian's, Jewish People and Muslims have been fighting over the Land of Jerusalem for 1000's of Years. The Treaty is worded so all parties could accept. The Muslims would never accept the peaceful surrender of the Walled City of Jerusalem. It should be recognized, though, that all Christians, Muslim and Jewish People recognize the same faith of Abraham; if the Jewish People understood that all the prophets in the Koran were the same in the Old Testament they would not have to see "black and white" sides over the same land; Likewise if Muslims would emphasize the biblical rights of the Jewish people to the promised land, then maybe peaceful coexistence would really be given a new chance.
